Family Resource Library & Assistive Technology Center
The Family Resource Library serves families who have children with developmental disabilities and chronic medical issues by providing emotional support, training, information and referrals . An Early Start FRC, the FRL serves the communities just East of Downtown Los Angeles and the Whittier area. Unique for a ESFRC its size, the FRL serves the whole life span, is a state council member for Family Voices CA, and has an onsite lending library. The FRL is the lead agency for the FRCNLAC.
